Mark represents and helps many closely-held and family-owned businesses with all of their legal needs including entity formation, general contract matters, commercial transactions, tax planning, shareholder/owner issues and disputes, employee compensation and incentives, real estate matters, and business succession planning and implementation. Mark has represented many buyers and sellers in taxable and non-taxable mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in real estate, including commercial and residential development, condominium formation and like-kind exchanges and also has extensive experience with loan and financing matters and represents lenders, including banks, the SBA and borrowers in all aspects of the loan process.
