Randy is a major factor in the courtroom and on the court. Randy has been in legal practice since 1972 and he has been with Scholten Fant since 1997. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Ottawa County Bar Association. Randy is admitted in all state courts, the Federal District Courts of Michigan and Northern Indiana, and the Supreme Court of the United States. His expertise extends to the areas of Family Law, Real Estate and Condominiums, and as the trained Family Law Mediator.
An advancing trend in the family law area is the use of private mediation for couples, with or without the assistance of their own attorneys, to attempt to help the parties resolve their differences through mediation. Randy offers to help bring parties together in a resolution which they have crafted without the necessity of a court battle and the risk of an otherwise unwanted result.
