Tom’s practice concentrates on business transactions, real estate development and transactions and property tax appeals.
Recently, a long-time client successfully transferred to next generation family members equity in a successful business to permit growth in the new owners’ names, but control in existing management. Another matter resolved for a client involved a valuation tax appeal.
