David A. Rhem

David is an employment and trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising employers on labor and employment issues; and, representing both employers and employees in employment litigation cases in state and federal court.  David has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® (2008-2012), and has received the highest rating (AV Pre-eminent) from Martindale-Hubbell®, which rates lawyers nationally on their ethics and professionalism.  David as also recently been recognized as one of Michigan’s Super Lawyers for his work as an employment litigation attorney.  David is very active with local community organizations, and is also a member of the Ottawa County Workforce Development Board.
