Eric’s practice is focused on real estate, business law, and estate planning matters.  He assists clients in everything from organizing a company or purchasing real estate to creating succession plans for the family home or business.  Eric is also experienced in sales, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions, as well as construction law and condominium law.  Prior to joining Scholten Fant, Eric practiced with a small real estate and business law firm in Grand Rapids.  Eric is a West Michigan native and currently lives in Holland, but has also lived and worked in Chicago, New York, and London.
