John Lepard has concentrated his practice in the areas of school law and labor and employment law. He has predominantly represented public school districts and other employers, both public and private. John has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of school law, and with a full range of employment issues, including collective bargaining, contract administration and grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, civil rights, and employment and severance agreements.
John’s entire professional career has been with the Scholten Fant firm in Grand Haven, where he has been active in numerous church and community organizations and activities. John has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV Preeminent peer review rating.
