Benjamin P. Stoep
Ben is a business and real estate attorney who advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of corporate, transactional, and real estate matters. His practice includes serving as lead counsel on mergers and acquisitions, representing clients in buy‑side and sell‑side asset and equity transactions, as well as private equity investments and joint ventures.
Ben also has extensive experience with real estate transactions and development, including the formation of condominium projects and related matters. He regularly assists clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and development‑related legal issues.
In addition to transactional work, Ben advises clients on strategic and day‑to‑day business matters, including entity structuring, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. He is valued for his practical, responsive approach and his ability to support both immediate objectives and long‑term business goals.
