We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential real estate transactions, title review, and closing processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, and closing statements
  • Conduct title and survey reviews and coordinate with title companies and surveyors
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for closings and attend closings when necessary
  • Perform due diligence, including reviewing zoning, environmental, and corporate documents
  • Maintain and organize transaction files and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
  • Support post-closing activities, including document recording and file management

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our legal practice.

 

Position Overview

Provide administrative and clerical support across a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing deadlines, court filings, and case-related tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

Assist with drafting and filing litigation documents (including e-filing)

Maintain and organize case files (physical and electronic)

Schedule client meetings, court dates, and deadlines

Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other parties

Assist with filing documents (including e-filing when applicable)

Conduct basic legal research as needed

Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing calendars

 

Qualifications

Previous experience in a legal or administrative role preferred

Litigation experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Practice Areas: Multidisciplinary

Our firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–5 years of experience to join our dynamic, multi‑practice legal team. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates, newly licensed attorneys, or junior associates seeking hands‑on training, as well as mid-level attorneys looking to expand their skills across a broad range of practice areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Assist attorneys in hearings, discovery, client meetings, and trial preparation
  • Manage a growing caseload with responsibilities aligned to experience level
  • Collaborate on matters across multiple practice groups, including litigation, business law, family law, real estate , and estate planning
  • Provide outstanding client service while developing strong professional relationships

 

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in Michigan
