Elisha is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law and is dual-qualified as an attorney in Ontario, Canada. Her primary focus is in the areas of family and tax law, dealing with divorce cases, parenting time and child custody. Elisha’s passion lies in problem-solving and navigating client relationships in a collaborative manner, with a particular interest in the nuances of pensions and business entities.

Before joining Scholten Fant, Elisha worked at the top commercial law firm in Scotland handling corporate and family matters before joining a boutique firm in Toronto handling family, commercial litigation, and corporate matters.

Following a silver medal win at the world finals of the Brown Mosten Client Consultation Competition in 2018, Elisha is a proud member of the University of Glasgow Client Consultation Coaching Team which provides opportunities for law students to practice interviewing and counselling skills at national and international competitions.

Elisha was born and raised in Scotland, then lived in Toronto, Canada for several years. Elisha then moved to Holland where she lives with her husband, son, and bernedoodle, Teddy.
