Matthew C. Vanhoef
Matt has specialized in environmental law since the 1980s. He counsels and assists clients related to environmental issues in the ever-changing regulatory environment, including those arising in connection with brownfield redevelopment, real estate, liability protection, and resolution of environmental contamination and related claims.
Matt also specializes in the regulatory and legal aspects of municipal wastewater treatment and related public-utility matters. His municipal clients in this field include the Grand Haven-Spring Lake Sewer Authority, the North Kent Sewer Authority, and the GRSD Sewer Authority.
