Bob’s career at Scholten Fant began as a summer associate in 1988 and has grown into a full‑time practice spanning nearly four decades. Over that time, he has earned a reputation for sound judgment and practical legal guidance.
Bob represents clients in matters involving family law, municipal law, criminal law, and litigation, providing steady advocacy and thoughtful counsel. Individuals, organizations, and public bodies value his ability to deliver clear, intelligent solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Beyond his legal practice, Bob has demonstrated a long‑standing commitment to the community, serving on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging, Muskegon Catholic Schools, and the Mona Shores Varsity Hockey Club.

Bob was born in Muskegon, Michigan and currently lives with his wife and four children in Spring Lake, Michigan.
